These terms apply to all users, including advertisers, agency partners, and any third party accessing nhapkhaugiagoc services on behalf of a client. Use of the platform constitutes full acceptance.

Permitted Use

You may use nhapkhaugiagoc services solely for lawful digital advertising purposes. Prohibited uses include misleading ad content, targeting minors without proper safeguards, and any campaign that violates applicable advertising regulations or platform policies.

Liability Limitations

nhapkhaugiagoc is not liable for ad spend outcomes, platform algorithm changes, or third-party ad network decisions that affect campaign performance. We manage campaigns with reasonable professional care but cannot guarantee specific results.

Liability for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability in any calendar month is capped at fees paid in that month.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboards, reporting tools, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of nhapkhaugiagoc. You retain ownership of your ad creatives and brand assets submitted to the platform.

Account Termination

nhapkhaugiagoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates the policies of connected advertising platforms.

You may cancel your account at any time with 30 days' written notice. Prepaid fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Third-Party Platforms

nhapkhaugiagoc operates across third-party ad networks including Google, Meta, and TikTok. Each platform's own terms apply alongside these conditions. nhapkhaugiagoc is not responsible for policy changes made by those platforms.

Data Security

nhapkhaugiagoc applies industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your campaign data and account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, or delete your campaign data at any time by contacting info@nhapkhaugiagoc.com. Data export requests are processed within 10 business days.

Changes to These Terms

nhapkhaugiagoc may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: 2026.
